Step – 2 When it starts boiling, reduce the flame to medium and boil till the syrup starts getting a little sticky. Keep stirring it with a ladle. When the syrup is ready, remove it from the flame.
Step – 3 Now take a bowl, add refined flour, grated khoya, and baking soda. Mix it well and knead it like dough.

Step – 5 Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. When the oil becomes medium hot, break a small portion of the mixture and put it in the oil, and see if it comes up immediately without changing the color, then the oil is ready for frying. If it turns brown immediately then the oil is too hot. it’s too hot then let it cool down a bit
Drop the balls into medium hot oil and deep-fry on low-medium flame. You will see that they have started to swell and have become light golden in colour. Fry it till it turns golden brown, then take it out.
Step – 6 After frying let it cool down a bit. After that put it in the sugar syrup. While pouring in the syrup, the syrup should not be completely cold. If the syrup has cooled down, heat it slightly.
Step – 7 Soak it in sugar syrup for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours you will see that the gulab jamun has blossomed completely.
Now your Gulab Jamun is completely ready. You can serve it.
