Ingredients: –
Poha – 150 gram
Curry leaves – 5 – 6
Green chili – 2 sliced
Lemon – 1
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Peanuts – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
How to Make Poha (Cooking Method)
Step 1 – First of all, wash the poha with water and clean it thoroughly. Or you put the poha in a rice stainer, pour water over it and make it wet. When the water comes out from the poha, add salt to it and mix it and keep it on the side.
Step 2 – Take a pan and heat it, then add oil. Add mustard seeds to the hot oil, when the mustard seeds start to crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and turmeric powder to it. After that put peanuts and roast them.
Step 3 – Keep the gas on slow flame and mix the poha that was kept wet. After that check the salt, if the salt is less then add. After that, turn off the gas. Add the nimbu and green coriander and mix well.
Now your poha is ready, you can serve it with green chutney, or tomato chutney.
