Step 6 – Heat the oil in a deep Frying Pan on Medium Heat. To check the oil, put a small piece of flour in the hot oil, if it comes to the surface immediately without changing the color then the oil is sufficiently hot.

Now put a rolled Bhatura in the oil. After 6 – 7 seconds, press it gently with a spoon, this will cause it to swell in the middle.

Step 7 – When the bottom surface turns light golden brown, then flip it and fry till it becomes light golden brown from the other surface. Then remove the Bhatura from the oil. The rest of Bhature is also fried in a similar method.

Now your hot Bhatura is ready, serve it with Punjabi Chole Masala.
