Ingredients:-

Potatoes – 3 medium boiled
Green Peas – 1/2 cup (fresh or frozen)
Corn – 1/3 cup (fresh or frozen)
Carrots – 1/2 cup finely chopped
French beans – 1/4 cup finely chopped
Beetroot – 1/3 cup finely chopped
Green Chili – 1 chopped
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs
Flour – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 small finely chopped
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
salt to taste
Oil for frying

How to Make Crunchy Vegetable Cutlet (Cooking Method)

Step – 1 Take flour on a plate, add water to it and mix it well and prepare a smooth paste.

Step – 2 Take a handi and heat water in it. And add chopped green vegetables to it and boil it. Sieve the vegetable after cooking.


Step – 3 Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add finely chopped chili and ginger and fry it. then add chopped onion.

Step – 4 Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder and mix well.

Step – 5 Add cooked vegetables, chopped beetroot, and salt. Mix well and cook for a while.

Step – 6 Switch off the gas and take out the prepared mixture in a bowl. Let it cool down.

Step – 7 Add boiled potatoes, some breadcrumbs, chopped coriander. Mix well and taste the mixture. Add more salt if required.


Step – 8 Divide the mixture into small equal portions. Take a portion, make a circle out of it, and then press it gently between both the palms to make 1/2 inch thick round patties or make cutlets using a heart-shaped cutlet mold. Similarly prepare cutlets from the remaining portions.

Step – 9 Take breadcrumbs on a plate. To coat each cutlet, first, dip it in the flour solution (prepared in step-1) and then coat (wrap) with breadcrumbs. Place the cutlets coated with breadcrumbs on a plate.

Step – 10 Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium flame. When the oil becomes medium hot, place 2-3 cutlets in the pan and let it cook till the bottom surface turns golden brown.

It will take about 1-2 minutes. After that flip the cutlet and let it cook till it turns golden brown in color from the other side.

You can also deep fry it in oil.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, put 3-4 cutlets in the oil. Fry till golden in color on both sides. Flip them once or twice to fry them evenly. After cooking take it out on a plate.

Now your veg cutlet is ready. You can serve it as a snack or breakfast.
