Eggs – 4 boiled
Oil, as per use
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Rye – 1/2 teaspoon
Long – 3
Bay leaf – 1
Cardamom – 2
Dry red chili – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes – 2 puree
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Water, as per use
Coriander chop slightly, finely chopped
How to Make Egg Curry (Cooking Method)
Step 1 – Peel the boiled eggs. After that put a little oil in a frying pan and roast the eggs till they turn golden brown. When the egg is roasted well, then keep it on one side.
Step 2 – Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add the whole spices and apply the tempering. After that add onions and fry them till they turn golden brown.
Step 3 – After that add ginger garlic paste and cook for a while.
Step 4 – After that put all the masala powder and fry it.
Step 5 – After that add tomato puree and cook well after that add some water and cook, add as much water as you want to keep the gravy. add salt to taste.
Step 6 – Now put the roasted eggs in the gravy and cook for a while.
Now your egg curry is ready, take it out in a bowl and eat it hot with roti or rice and feed it to others.
