Ingredients:-
Boneless Chicken – 150 grams
Curd – 50 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp as per taste
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Oil – 25 grams
Onion – 1 Cube Cut
Capsicum – 1/2 piece Cube Cut
How to Make Chicken Tikka (Cooking Method)
Step – 1 First, prepare a mixture by adding curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, oil, lemon juice, and a little black pepper in a bowl.
Step – 2 Wash the boneless chicken thoroughly. After that put the chicken in the prepared mixture and mix it well.
Step – 3 Now add cubed chopped onion and capsicum and mix it well. After that keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Step – 4 Knead all the chicken pieces in a roasting rod on the fire along with onion and capsicum. After that bake it on the fire and cook it.
Or if you have an oven, then bake it at 180 degrees Celcius for 15 to 20 minutes.
Or if you don’t have the appropriate means, you can cook it on a frying pan or in a Tawa.
If you want to make it in a pan, then for that you heat a pan, put some oil in it, after that put chicken in it without onion and capsicum.
Cook the chicken on medium flame till it becomes completely dry. Remove it when it is cooked. Now roast the onion and capsicum in another pan or fry it in oil and mix it in the chicken.
Now your chicken tikka is ready. Now serve it.
