Ingredients:-
Chicken – 250 grams (boneless)
All-Purpose flour – 100 grams
Corn Flour – 50 grams
Spring Onion – 1/2 bowl
Onion: 1 (fine)
Green Chili: 4 (fine)
Coriander Leaves
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger pest – 1 teaspoon
Garlic pest – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala
Salt to Taste
Oil: 1 teaspoon
How to Make Chicken Momos (Cooking Method)
Step – 1 First, mix all-purpose flour and cornflour and add a little salt to it, kneading it well (as in making chapatti, knead the atta).
Step – 2 Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly with water and grind them in the mixer.
Step – 3 Now take the chicken out in a bowl. Then add spring onion, green chili, finely chopped onion, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt as per taste, oil, and mix it well.
Step – 4 Now make the dough into a small ball of the same size. After this, roll it like puris.
Step – 5 Now keep the Chicken Mixture on the rolled dough and fold it. Raise the edge from one side and start turning. Fold the edge slightly inward, slightly outward. Seal the edges in the middle and give a shape similar to a bundle. Similarly, fold the remaining balls by adding the chicken mixture.
Step – 6 Now put all the momos on the tray of the momos steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
Now your chicken momos are ready, you can serve it with chutney.
