Ingredients:-
For the Dough
Wheat flour – 1½ cups
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt
For stuffing
Paneer – 3/4 cup grated cottage
Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Onion – 1 Finely Chopped
Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Coriander-Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt
How to Make Paneer Paratha (Cooking Method)
Step – 1 Put wheat flour, 2 tsp oil, and a little salt in a bowl, add water as required, and knead a soft dough like chapati dough. Now cover it and let it set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Step – 2 Now take 1 bowl, add grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped ginger, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander-cumin powder, and salt as per taste. Mix well.
Step – 3 Now divide the dough into small equal parts and shape them into a circle. Take a dough ball and place it between your palms and press it lightly to make a dough for stuffing.
Step – 4 Now put the cheese mixture in it as required, after putting it, fold it well from all the sides.
Step – 5 Wrap it with dry flour. Slowly roll it into a round, about 1/4 inch thick and 6-7 inches in diameter.
Step – 6 Heat a Tawa(pan) on medium heat. When the Tawa is hot, place the raw paratha on it. And roast it well from both sides. After cooking, apply oil or ghee on both sides. When it is cooked well, then remove it from the pan. Make the rest of the parathas in the same way.
Now your paneer paratha is ready, serve it with pickle and curd raita.
