A cup of hot water
3 cups cold milk
How to Make Instant Cold Coffee (Cooking Method)
Step – 1 first of all, put water, coffee powder, and cocoa powder in a small pot on low heat and boil for 2 minutes.
Step – 2 Now add sugar to the coffee water and boil for a minute or until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the gas.
